RETURNS/EXCHANGES & SHIPPING

RETURNS/ORDER ERRORS

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept refunds/exchanges for any of our products.  We do provide detailed fragrance and product descriptions and encourage you to purchase any samples that are in stock, however, due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there are ANY issues with your order, they must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Should any other problem arise with your order due to an error on our end (i.e incorrect item, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify the issue. We may ask you to return the item and we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
IF YOU ARE SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM IN ERROR, PLEASE RETURN IT WITH THE PROVIDED RETURN SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDED TO YOU. ONCE OUR FULFILLMENT TEAM IS NOTIFIED BY USPS THAT THE RETURN HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF, THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RETURN WITHIN ONE WEEK (7 DAYS) FROM THE TIME THAT THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL IS PROVIDED TO YOU, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASSUME THAT YOU NO LONGER WANT THE EXCHANGE AND MARK THE ORDER AS CLOSED.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify that you have entered the correct shipping address as we are NOT responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect/insufficient address.  Should a package be refused, shipping is non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to you entering an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for us to resend the package.  Once we receive the item, we will send you an invoice for the shipping charge.  If you'd rather not have the package reshipped, we will issue you a refund for the items, minus any shipping charges, as soon as they are returned to us and back in our possession. Please allow 2-3 business days for  processing.
By placing an order, you agree that you accept the above mentioned shipping/returns/etc. terms and conditions. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
